Jim Worrell—Professional Background
Jim Worrell joined Northwestern Mutual as a Special Agent in 1971. He was appointed General Agent in 1980. During the past 23 years, he has built his Office to 185 Financial Representatives under contract with seven District Network Offices in three states. Jim has been a leader in recruiting at Northwestern Mutual.

Jim started with a scratch Office that now has over 100,000 policyholders and over $18.2 billion of business in force. To date, 67 of his Representatives have attained their CLU, and 39 have ChFC status.

Jim is active in his community where he serves on the Boards of The Arts and Science Council, Central Piedmont Community College, Risk Management and Insurance Advisory for the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, McColl School of Business at Queens University, and the Advisory Board for the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce.
