The Charlotte network office has local offices in Winston-Salem, North Carolina; Asheville, North Carolina; Greenville, South Carolina; Charleston, South Carolina; Columbia, South Carolina and Augusta, Georgia. Jim Worrell, the Managing Partner, has been with Northwestern Mutual for over 35 years.

The Northwestern Mutual Financial Network Charlotte has enhanced the breadth of our service offerings and expanded geographically to include more than 165 financial representatives. The Charlotte network office is one of the largest network offices in the Northwestern Mutual system in the country, and is consistently a top provider of life, disability, long-term care, annuities, and employee benefits solutions.

Northwestern Mutual-Charlotte Honored with Community Impact Award

Richard Worrell, managing director of the Northwestern Mutual - Charlotte office and his team are the recipients of the 2010 Community Impact Award for their work with Easter Seals United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of North Carolina and Virginia. In recognition of the Charlotte Office's ongoing support, the Northwestern Mutual Foundation is making a $50,000 grant to Easter Seals UCP to create additional opportunities for children and adults with disabilities throughout North Carolina and Virgina.
